Completely air-conditioned, well equipped and arranged with comfortable tropical furniture, and with a breezy balcony just outside the living room, this quiet pied-a-tierre is just a few feet from one of Sapphire's sunny swimming pools and an easy jaunt to nearby Sapphire Beach, one of the island's favorite spots. The kitchen is completely outfitted. This condo is cute and homey, with a breathtaking view of Grass, Mingo and Lovango Cays and St. John in the blue distance - a great vacation spot.

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
