Description of Rockworks:
This spacious and fully air-conditioned private home on St. Thomas's cool, less-traveled north side offers romantic seclusion within an exceptionally beautiful and lush garden setting. Many varieties of tropical palms, bananas and fruit trees enhance the natural beauty of this home, which was designed to take advantage of the north side's cool ocean breezes. Convenient parking just adjacent to the entry allows for easy access. The fully air-conditioned main pavilion houses the large living area, the well-equipped kitchen, dining areas and a king bedroom/bath suite. The second king air-conditioned bedroom/bath pavilion is just a few steps across the sunny deck for maximum privacy. Rockworks is situated next to and just above Stone Cottage within the electronically-gated estate, but privacy between them is complete. You may rent Rockworks and Stone Cottage for up to seven of you - but rest assured that your privacy, inside this villa or outside at the pool, is complete. Please book early for Rockworks - it's in big demand!
Rockworks Amenities:
2 satellite TVs, 2 DVD players, surround sound, VCR, CD player/radio in main house with outdoor speakers, books, games, movie collection, full A/C in both pavilions, hair dryer, answering machine, safe for valuables, gas grill, waterfall into pool, 4 beach chairs + coolers, 12-volt emergency lighting in main pavilion, electronic gate into estate, trash collection twice per week, dishwasher, laundry. Second pavilion also has a mini-fridge, coffeemaker + small stereo. Complimentary snack basket on arrival.
Rental Notes:
1-2 persons have the use of the main pavilion ONLY.
*For a 5th person on sofabed in BR in 2nd pavilion, add $50 per night.
A caretaker is very occasionally on the premises, in a separate apartment below with its own private entrance.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
