The main pavilion houses the living, dining and kitchen areas; a few steps below is one private bedroom suite with an ocean view. Across the pool deck is the spacious master suite. Just a moment's drive to famous Magen's Beach, The Bayview provides a clothing-optional villa stay! There's a tenant staying occasionally in the apartment below Bayview, with his own separate entrance, who will not impact your privacy in any way - no part of the main level of the villa, its courtyard or the pool can be seen from below.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
