Description of Point View Villa:
A winding island road leads to this unique, just-refurbished home overlooking Mandahl Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Built on five dramatic levels, each with a sea view, you enter the living area complete with wet bar and entertainment area; a few steps up is the study, outfitted with a computer and fax and sharing a full bath with the adjoining master suite. The air-conditioned and carpeted master bedroom/bath suite is just beyond with handsome wicker furnishings and marble accents. High vertical window-walls showcase blue skies and ocean views, and feature electronic shades which help keep Point View cool, private and shaded. On the next level down is the kitchen and dining area overlooking lovely ocean vistas, and just outside is a serene covered patio for dining with a view, set with tropical plants and a lily pond with a waterfall. A few steps from the patio is a large sun deck with chaises for the perfect tan, bordered by banana trees and other Caribbean flora. The second air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite, and the exotic blue-tiled indoor pool with its adjoining small lounge area with futon and TV, are on the lower levels. Very striking island decor incorporates wicker, rattan, leather, beautiful caned wood cabinetry and warm wood trim and accents, all in a very secluded locale with plenty of private nooks on various levels - a great relaxing villa for a romantic getaway, and just a short drive to the beach.
