Right on one of St. Thomas' most pristine white sand beaches, these just-completed residences offer 2- and 3- bedroom suites, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, central air-conditioning throughout, deluxe marble and granite bathrooms with soaking tubs, down pillows and comforters, and beautifully-executed plush interiors with inviting areas for rest and relaxation. As a guest, you'll receive full access to all hotel amenities of the adjoining Ritz-Carlton Hotel including the Health Club, your own dedicated Concierge to arrange extras such as grocery shopping, a private chef to prepare a gourmet meal at your Residence, massage, babysitting, daily activities and watersports, Spa visits, fax and computer rentals, newspaper and magazine deliveries, and limos and taxis as you may desire...The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service will greatly enhance the magic of your St. Thomas holiday. Covered balconies will give you a bird's-eye view of the pool and beach activity below your Residence, but once you close your verandah doors, you are in your own hushed and secluded world. Three large beachfront swimming pools, a children's pool and a whirlpool spa surrounded by swaying palms and tropical landscaping are bordered by The Beach Bar and Beach Snack Bar and a short walkway to the Hotel's pool, excellent restaurants and occasional evening entertainment. Great Bay Beach, just a short walk from your Residence....Cable TVs, VCR, DVD + CD players with surround-sound, a fully equipped kitchen, multi-line telephones, hair dryers, bathrobes, your own personal Concierge, use of all Ritz-Carlton Hotel tennis + Health Club facilities, games, DVD movies + videos; central A/C with individual controls, dishwasher, washer + dryer in each Residence. Use of the Ritz-Carlton Members' Lounge, valet parking, shoe shine, complimentary stationery and small toiletries are also included in your rent.
Rental Notes:
A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED ALL YEAR AROUND AT THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES EXCEPT FOR EASTER WEEK, THANKSGIVING WEEK & THE CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR'S PERIOD - THEN A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED.
*Upon arrival on St. Thomas, guests must either rent a car or take a taxi at their own expense to The Ritz-Carlton Club and check in at The Ritz-Carlton Club Members' Lounge on the property...no escort on arrival or departure is provided by McLaughlin Anderson Luxury Villas and such transfers or escorts are not included in the rental rates above. If you would like to arrange a limo, helicopter, or a private driver and van in advance at an extra charge, please call our Guest Services Department so we may arrange this for you.
SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY RENTALS, PLEASE! UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED HERE, A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED DURING HIGH SEASON and DURING CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S AT THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES. DURING LOW SEASON, A 5-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED.
ALL RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES ARE NON-SMOKING VILLAS.
UPON ARRIVAL ON ST. THOMAS, GUESTS MUST EITHER RENT A CAR OR TAKE A TAXI AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE TO THE RITZ-CARLTON CLUB AND CHECK IN AT THE RITZ-CARLTON CLUB MEMBERS' LOUNGE ON THE PROPERTY. NO ESCORT ON ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE IS PROVIDED BY McLAUGHLIN ANDERSON LUXURY VILLAS, OR INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATES ABOVE. AN OPTIONAL RESORT FEE for ACTIVITIES is available to you at check-in, at $245 per week, PER RESIDENCE. It includes use of ALL the Resort's non-motorized sports equipment, including Hobie Cats, snorkel gear, windsurfers, kayaks, paddle boats, "Miles with Niles" morning runs, fitness classes, yoga and Pilates. It does NOT include lessons (please see pricing for lessons, below.) Your other option is to pay for usage time of equipment individually, as follows:
Snorkel gear rentals: $10 half day / $15 full day
Snorkel mask or fins: $7.50 per day
Kayak rental: $12 half hour / $20 hour
Paddle Boat rental: $12 half hour / $20 hour
Windsurfer: $15 half hour / $20 hour
Hobie Cat: $25 half hour / $40 hour
LESSONS ARE PRICED AT:
Snorkeling: $15 per lesson
Windsurfing lesson: $45
Hobie Cat saiing lesson: $45
Hobie Cat rides: $30 for 30 minutes
The Optional Resort Fee of $245 per week is a great value for our guests at The Ritz-Carlton Club Residences, because it covers EVERYONE staying in your Residence (the Resort Fee charge is PER RESIDENCE, not per family - so if one family is staying in two separate Residences, you will be charged $245/week for each Residence.) You can opt to pay this at check-in, and when you go to the Resort's Aquatic Center, the staff will verify that you've paid the Resort Fee and will have you sign a liability waiver. You will have unlimited use of the equipment, but when the Resort is very busy, the staff will ask that you use the equipment in 30-minute increments.
(*Construction of a larger Ritz-Carlton Club Members' Lounge - which will be adjacent to Kava Building - and a second swimming pool with infinity edge near the Lily Building will be commenced in spring, 2005, and will be ongoing until approximately fall, 2005 on The Ritz-Carlton property. Noise should be at a minimum, particularly inside the well-soundproofed Residences; kindly inquire for details and an update on current activity during those months!)
