The upper level offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with baths; the upper king master suite has cable TV, a jacuzzi tub and a step-out balcony which offers even more spellbinding ocean views. The queen bedroom suite has its own private tiled patio. Watch the green flash of the setting sun from the pool, and the moonrise from Sunshine's deck. This duplex is very well equipped and furnished, and enjoys a breathtaking locale on St. Thomas's north coast, away from the usual tourist track.

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
