Description of Villa in Itay:
Thia is a large, early nineteenth century villa located on 50 acres of olive groves, vineyards and pine forests in the Tuscan hills of Vorno near Lucca. The villa is only 30 minutes drive from Pisa airport and 50 minutes from the heart of Florence and offers a unique combination of easy international access, authentic Italian country atmosphere and proximity to the historical and cultural delights of Tuscany. The beautiful walled city of Lucca with its excellent shopping and restaurants is barely ten minutes drive from the villa.The villa and adjoining chapel were designed and built by Lorenzo Nottolini in the 18th century and retain all their original charm with frescoed walls and ceilings. The main villa features nine bedrooms all with bathrooms en-suite and five reception rooms. Despite its excellent location and easy access, the villa sits in quiet and expansive surroundings with beautiful unspoiled views of undulating olive groves and the Aple Apuane. Because of the historical significance of the area and surrounding environment, the countryside is protected from industrialization, making it an interesting and unique area. The principal bedrooms are highly decorated and all have superior quality six foot wide double beds. Each room has an en-suite bath or shower room and most rooms have individually controlled electric heat and air conditioning and are double glazed. The main hall of the villa, decorated with beautifully restored frescoes, has been arranged as a large dining area seating sixteen. The hall can be arranged to accommodate banquets, larger dinning parties or dancing. The family dining room adjacent to the main hall also has restored frescoes and overlooks the mature camellia garden. This room provides a convenient place for breakfast or small dinner parties. There is also the option to dine outside in the ornamental Italian garden
Adjacent to the Villa is the self contained Coach House featuring three double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, cathedral height wood-beamed ceilings, and an open plan dining and living area with kitchenette. It has its own exterior dining area and wonderful views. The estate also includes other out buildings such as the Limonia, the building where lemon trees are stored each winter, the stables and the 'Annunziata' Chapel which is of historic and artistic interest. It is a glorious place for a large party of friends or an extended family group to come together and enjoy each other's company in the privacy and comfort of their own 'home', with a large swimming pool and a floodlit tennis court as additional attractions, and all the delights of western Tuscany on their doorstep.
Villa in Itay Amenities:
The villa has a recently completed floodlit artificial grass tennis court attractively set at the foot of the olive grove. For those who enjoy walking, you can meander through the olive groves or walk along picturesque riverside paths with interesting views of local cultivation. Adjacent to the villa there are some good hiking and jogging tracks that wind up Monte Pisamo. The villa also has several mountain bikes that can be used to explore these tracks and the surrounding area. Conveniently located nearby are two excellent golf courses for the more active sports person. One in Versilia and the other in Monticatini.

Prices for Villa include: Rental of the property, Electricity, Heating, Cook/Housekeeper (six days per week), maid service and gardener/maintenance person; dinner with wine on first evening, breakfast each morning, lunch on first full day; all personal laundry; Value Added Tax; and day time Concierge service.
Special prices also apply for Christmas and New Year, Easter and the Thanksgiving Holiday. Weekly rental is from Saturday 5:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m.
An additional charge of $5,000 per week is made for the use of the separate Coach House.
