Description of Solamente Una Vez:
Inspired with a Mexican/Spanish flair, this grand dame of villas has the most wonderful ambiance and flavor! Located right on its own private white sand beach, this 5-bedroom home consists of a Great Room which has many seating areas offering varying ocean and garden views, a grand piano, and a wonderful dining room which seats ten in style. There's also cable TV, VCR, libraries full of books, music, and a bar. Down a covered walkway, a wing off the Great Room, houses three bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a bath. Adjacent, in its own upper level suite, is the private master bed and bath with cable TV and its own romantic balcony. A staircase threads through the flower-laden gardens down to the beach, where you'll find a covered beach pavilion for picnics and the beach cottage. The secluded and charming beach cottage offers a queen bedroom and bath. You'll find good snorkeling off the villa's dock, your own private sand beach, glorious sunsets and ocean views, and to top it all off, Solamente Una Vez boasts a very friendly and accomplished staff to meet your every need - don't lift a finger! Ginger the friendly dog, and Cocoa the cat are also around the premises.

The head housekeeper Jean Hutchinson, and her staff (Claudette and Belinda), are at Solamente Una Vez to ensure your every comfort. They perform miracles in the kitchen, so you may never want to try a restaurant! Breakfast, lunch and dinner cooking is included in the rates; as is daily housekeeping - you purchase the groceries. From Jean to the Gardeners. you'll find a smile on every face as warm as the tropical sunshine!
ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
