Description of Tobago Villa:
Stonehaven Villas (14) are situated on ten acres of manicured grounds which borders a 200 acre wild life santuary.
Completed in December of 2000 this cluster of 14 villas each consisting of 3,700 square feet (almost identical) all of which overlook the Caribbean. The decor is similar in each villa although colors and art work may vary. Each of the villas has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
The enclave is gated and has the Pavillion Club House which can be used by villa guests. There is a restaurant that features a French Chef, and the club house area has a pool, bar area and conference room seating up to 30. Only three minutes drive down to the Beach, fifteen minutes to the Airport. There are two golf courses one the older Mt Irvine five minutes away and the other a brand new PGA standard 18 hole course about fifteen minutes drive.
Each villa has a pool eleven of which have 12 X 29 and three have 12 X 12 three bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite plus a powder room. The master bedroom is on the main level and with two guest bedrooms upstairs. Each is also wired for Internet access. There is a small single fourth bedroom complete with bathroom, fan and air-conditioning.
Private air charter is available from Trinidad's Piarcos International Airport direct to Crown Point International Airport flight time approx 20 minutes.
The island of Tobago has a very friendly population of 55,000 and is about twenty three miles long and five miles wide, one third of the island is a tropical rain forest.
