Description of Cozumel Beauty:
Enjoy Your private beach Villa in the Mexican Caribbean A spectacular 3 bedroom beach villa on the north west side of Cozumel 3 miles outside of town. This beautiful vacation rental villa is situated in a very unique and quiet setting in the best area of Cozumel and is 50 steps from a sandy, beautiful and almost private Caribbean beach. The villa features 3500 square foot of space with a large private 30 foot lap pool on a second floor terrace. The entrance to the villa is on the second floor, where you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. From the living room through glass doors you can go outside to the terrace/ garden which holds the pool. From the pich holds the pool. From the pool take the spiral staircase to the beach. Downstairs on the first floor of the villa you will find two of the bedrooms with balconies overlooking the front garden, and upstairs on the third floor is the spacious master bedroom with a large terrace, with incredible views of the ocean and trees. For our honeymooners we prepare a bottle of champagne upon arrival. We hope you will consider our beautiful villa and Cozumel for your honeymoon.
Villa Cozumel is great for a honeymoon, a couple, or just a relaxed romantic getaway, or for larger groups of friends or families looking to spend time together in private in the sun. Best suited for 6 adults or 7 with children. The beach is a sandy Caribbean beach and the water is calm and safe for children and swimming. For snorkeling, you will need to walk two minutes on the beach for better spots. We try our best to make the villa as comfortable and luxurious as possible. Villa amenities include: Centralities include: Central Air-conditioning, Sky TV, Tape and CD Player, Laundry Room, Microwave, Two Bikes, Safe, Pressurized water in house. We provide all towels and linen. Daily Maid Service (except Sunday). Upon your arrival in Cozumel, the manager of the house will meet you at the airport by holding a sign stating your name. You will then buy a taxi ticket, which will take you to the villa. The cost is about $5 to $8 us per person, and is not included in the price of the rental. Once you get to the house, the manager will then show you around and familiarize you with the new surroundings. We have prepared some refreshments and mineral water for you. The manager will help with any questions or services you might have or need including: Scuba diving spots, best beaches, restaurants, supermarkets,shopping, car rentals or other attractions Cozumel has to offer. Also, the manager is available 24 hours a day during the course of your stay to assist and attend to any problems concerning house maintenance, should they arise. A housekeeping service is provided for your comfort every day of the week except Sunday. The housekeeper gives special attention each day to making sure your stay in Cozumel is a comfortable one.

Rental Notes:
All prices do not include 12% Mexican tax. Last minute discount rates are sometimes available. In high season Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred. We require 50% deposit upon booking the villa and a full payment 30 days prior to vacation time. Deposit is not refundable unless we can book the villa for the same dates for the same amount.
