Description of Serenity on the Beach:
In Caribbean-style architecture, its spaces are uniquely defined by airy octagonal gazebos with high rafter-and-beam ceilings. English chintz and cool marble floors are throughout. Each large bedroom opens to a private sitting area with cushioned rocking chairs and inviting chaises for relaxing and absorbing the superb ocean view. The four-speaker sound system and library of CD's sends music through the living room and pool terrace and to the beach. Four octagonal rooms are connected by the long furnished verandah with marble floors and pickled wood ceilings. The verandah adjoins the pool terrace, where cool drinks and evening hors d'oeuvres are served under the Jamaican sunset. Just beyond the verandah and pool, a terraced walkway leads to the outdoor shower, lower waterfront terrace with chaise lounges ... and the sandy beach and sea ... almost at your doorstep. (Depending on the wave action during the night, the beach may be sandy or pebbly in the morning.)
If you linger on the lower terrace at night, you will see the local fishermen carrying their torches and laying nets for bait ... a very lovely sight.
Serenity's own cook is as beloved as the villa itself. Unforgettable home-cooked meals are served on the verandah or on the pool terrace under the almond tree.
Serenity shares a private tennis court with the neighboring villa, Tranquillity. Combining Serenity and Tranquillity creates a seven-bedroom compound with two swimming pools, tennis court, long beachfront and staff of ten. For additional accommodations, the third beachfront house here is Noble House which accommodates eight or ten more guests. Amenities include a tennis court, private pool, satellite dish and four-speaker sound system.

Among the most beautiful golf courses in the world, Tryall's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker and other PGA championship events. Spend days on the sunny beach while waiters serve you from the beach bar. For various fees, enjoy snorkeling and other water sports or play tennis on nine laykold courts, lighted for night play. Jog the trails. Enjoy the historic Great House with bar, boutiques, fax machine and taxis.
