At only 200 metres from the beach so called 'Spiaggia degli Inglesi' on Ischia island, there is Abelarda, facing the sea with its 2,500 square metres of patios, verandas, and terraced gardens decorated with palms,
marvellous bougainvillaea and various flowers.This stylish villa, found in one of the most residential areas of the island, is immersed in the greenery of a lush hillside shared by other villas, and at the same time maintaining privacy one from the other.
Abelarda has been built with an excellent external area: the kitchen has direct access to the furnished portico for dining, next to it there is the patio with elegant lounge furnishings for moments of relax.
One side of the pool is situated in front of the two patios, and the other side enjoys the sea views.
The exceptional aspect of Abelarda is that the pool is filled with water from the thermal baths and has a temperature that allows you to bathe even in the cool weather. During the summer months the temperature of the water can be regulated to the desired temperature.
