Beside the living room are two bedrooms which share a bath, and just outside, edging the pool, are two king bedrooms, each with its own bath en suite. Covered patios and a sunny terrace with native stone accents adjoin the private swimming pool, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. PLEASE ALSO ADD A 12% MANDATORY CLEANING FEE TO ALL RENTAL RATES FOR SABA WIND = ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
