Leverick Bay's impressive two-story luxury villa is only a stone's throw from a charming beach. The main level offers three tastefully-decorated air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites all sporting king beds and private balconies. The fantastic Great Room with a cool, high cathedral ceiling, encompasses the gourmet kitchen with its center island, and the spacious, comfortable living and dining areas. Just outside is the large refreshing pool, sun deck, alfresco bar and a covered wraparound verandah for lounging and dining. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower level to two more air-conditioned king suites, and a path leads to the nearby beach. An upper and one lower suite each offer trundle beds for up to 4 more guests. All five king suites are equal in size and have cable TV and telephone. Coconut Grove is furnished with a stylish blend of wicker and antiques accented with Caribbean colors of cool greens and sandy beiges, providing a relaxing ambience. Enjoy sunrise views, cooling trade winds and a spectacular view of the Caribbean sea from this paradise villa. ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
