Description of Fandango House :
Located in a serene neighborhood setting, this new addition to our villa portfolio on Tortola offers two adjoining residences together as one spacious property, perfect for an extended family or a group of friends on holiday. A staircase through flowering gardens leads to East Fandango on your right and the sunny pool set in the courtyard, overlooking Capoon's Bay and north to Jost Van Dyke. East Fandango features a deck for lounging, a cozy living room with a few steps up to the first kitchen, dining areas, and up to the air-conditioned king master bedroom, adjoined by a charming bath with handpainted tiles and a step-out garden balcony just outside the shower. Bordering the pool is a bedroom/bath pavilion from which you can slide right into the inviting pool through French doors; this bedroom also has its own mini-fridge and a glass-brick bathroom with handpainted tiles. On the other side of the poolhouse is a covered patio set with table and chairs for sheer relaxation, a breezy spot for quiet reading or a cocktail. Garden walkways lead from East to West Fandango and to its charming living room, powder room, and into Fandango's second kitchen. Screened French doors open to a cool, alfresco breakfast nook just outside, edged by colorful flowering oleander. On the other side of the kitchen is the library, another comfortable lounging area with books, games and music; a covered verandah is just outside. On the upper level of West Fandango are two cheerful bedroom/bath suites, both opening out to a long verandah. This casual and comfortable property is distinguished by many nooks and private areas so you can enjoy the company of your group, but you can also slip away for a bit of solitude to watch the frigate birds soar above and to contemplate the tropical beauty of Tortola and the blue sea beyond.

EAST AND WEST FANDANGO ARE ALWAYS RENTED TOGETHER AS ONE PROPERTY - ONE VILLA IS NEVER RENTED SEPARATELY WHEN GUESTS ARE IN THE OTHER VILLA - THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS ALWAYS YOURS, EXCLUSIVELY...ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
