Description of Reef Watch:
Spacious, airy and colorful, this beautifully-refurbished home on St. Croix's uncrowded east end provides views of famous Buck Island and the blue ocean, and enjoys cooling tradewinds from its hillside locale. In the main house, two air-conditioned bedrooms with baths en suite are situated on either side of the large living area and kitchen so couples may enjoy excellent privacy. Glass slider doors open to the sea vistas, and a few steps along the pergola-covered walkway bordering the lawn lead to the hammock and the large pool and deck, set so this outdoor living area gets full sun all day long. Just behind the pool is Reef Watch's Guest Cottage, containing a roomy, fully-equipped and air-conditioned apartment with a living/bedroom area with cable TV, a full tiled bath and a second kitchen. Comfortable, and furnished with charm and cheerful colors, this home has everything for the perfect Caribbean holiday!

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda
