Patio Entrance is through shared electronic gates to private parking and the villa is accessed from the covered terrace into a tastefully decorated, spacious living/dining room with cable tv, music centre and doors leading to the rear lawned garden. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and laundry room with washing machine. Daily housekeeper. The master double bedroom is on the first floor with double bed, doors to sun terrace and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the lower floor with twin beds and en-suite shower room. Air conditioned bedrooms. Lovely gardens and terraces surround the villa and a spectacular beach right on your doorstep.
