Description of Cottonwood Cottage ~- All inclusive Villa:
Our most ?nature-integrated? villa is sited adjacent to the beautiful Bluefields Beach where you often find shaded sitting areas under ?tree umbrellas? and clear calm seas that are ideal for snorkeling and sea kayaking. Cottonwood Cottage has our two largest bedrooms (both 19? x 22?) and each provides fabulous vistas and the hypnotic lapping sounds of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom has a gorgeous king-size four-poster canopy bed, a private terrace overlooking the sea, and an exotic 4? x 6? marble shower that can open out to the tropical garden and sea view. The second bedroom, with twin beds and a private dressing room/bathroom, feels like living in a tree house perched just above beautiful tropical waters. The living room and bar area are almost a part of the lush tropical gardens.
Recently completed is a new ?infinity edge? swimming pool for Cottonwood Cottage that will be a dream for both couples and children alike. Sitting at its whirlpool jets will make you feel like the pool is cascading down into the sea. Its 20? shallow octagonal portion is a perfect spot for children to frolic, and there is a 40? long lap area for those who wish to exercise or swim in deeper waters.
Adjacent to and below Cottonwood Cottage is The Treehouse, our beach pavilion with bar, extensive dining and living space, small kitchen, and powder room. It is far enough away from Cottonwood Cottage to create no intrusion, but close enough to provide a fine additional benefit for guests staying at that villa. Although The Treehouse is available to all of our visitors, it is most convenient for those residing at Cottonwood

Each home is staffed with excellent cooks and trained waiters providing attentive table service and using our large collection of fine china, crystal, and silver for your enjoyment. You will receive a list of menu possibilities previous to your visit which can be contoured as needed to suit your party. Our cooks are well experienced in producing meals for those who follow vegetarian diets (including vegans) and for those who follow certain kosher diets as well...
Each day begins with a complete breakfast of fresh fruits, cereal, home-squeezed juices, and pancakes, omelets or eggs of the style desired. Your group will choose the menus that you wish to be served for lunch and dinner. Our staff will also prepare special treats (such as local smoked marlin, homemade potato chips and breadfruit chips, etc.) to be served with drinks at sunset.
Rental Notes:
Adult guests are those who are over 16 years. For children under 10 years, there is a flat charge of $350/week per child. For children between 10 and 16 years, there is a flat charge of $420/week.
** Please note that there is an additional 15% service charge covering staff gratuities and local taxes.
Seasons are defined as follows:
PREMIUM: Christmas and New Year's weeks carry net minimum prices of $10,000 for Mullion Cove, $12,000 for San Michele and The Hermitage, $5,000 for Milestone Cottage and Cottonwood Cottage.HIGH: Thanksgiving and all weeks in January, February, March.
MEDIUM: November, December and April weeks (excluding those listed above).
LOW: May through October.
