A warm, friendly and spacious villa of cedar paneling and white ceramic tile, Sunset offers you a panoramic view of the Atlantic and the Caribbean from each of its rooms. A sheltered deck for alfresco dining lies between the two wings, each wing having two bedrooms on each side. This villa with a pool and jacuzzi is situated high on a knoll among giant boulders and tropical gardens, and enjoys unforgettable tropical sunsets. The Great Room, kitchen and dining areas are fully air-conditioned, and all four bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning for comfortable sleeping. A starter kit with drinks, snacks and breakfast fixings for your arrival is also included in Sunset's rental rates.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 20 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
