Luxury Room
Located on the second floor of the main building, these rooms are spacious and private. Access by an elevator from the first floor. Rich in Mediterranean architecture the luxury room is located on the second floor of the main building at the Cuisinart Resort. Expansive view of the Cuisinart grounds and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
Junior Suite
These oceanfront suites are located in the villas on the beach. Suites open onto a beach view balcony or a patio on the dune. A spacious suite with an ocean view. The large bedrooms have living areas and open onto a private balcony with lounge chairs and a breakfast table.
Luxury Junior Suite
The luxury Junior Suite comes with a solarium for one or two. The room, on the third floor of the beach front villas, has a private area for sunbathing and an open to the sky balcony with a canopy. The view is just exquisite. Open the glass doors to a private terrace with retractable canopy and lounge chairs. Have breakfast by the sea at the sunny breakfast table.
One Bedroom Suites
Located on the third floor of the beach villas, these airy rooms are beautiful and versatile. The spacious sunny ocean side patio with canopy opens into the living room and master bedroom. Rich in Mediterranean architecture these 1800 sq. ft. suites located in the beach front villas offer unspoiled ocean views and luxurious accommodations.

Located on the third floor of the main building, this spacious apartment has three bedrooms and a fabulous view. Services & Activities
The Venus Spa
The Venus Spa is a private oasis of treatments and services. A state of the art gymnasium, Rusk beauty salon and facilities for massage therapy, manicures, body wraps and more. The three-story, 7,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired Venus Spa is the only full-service, stand-alone resort spa in Anguilla. There are five indoor treatment rooms and guests can opt to have pampering services in their own rooms. Unique to the resort is a combination of creative treatments and thalasso (water) therapy. For example, Healing Waters are invigorating hydrotherapy treatments: Caribbean Indulgence Mineral Bath features a soak in potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron followed by a soothing scalp massage and foot reflexology; Aromatherapy Journey (choice of invigorating rosemary, calming yling ylang, relaxing lavender or exhilarating citrus); or a lavish Restoring Milk & Honey Bath to harness the effects of fatty and amino acids, minerals and vitamins, topped off by a scalp and foot massage. There are six distinctive Massage Escapes including Exotic Essence and Swedish or deep tissue massage. Six variations of Body Escapes include a 55-minute Revitalizing Salt Glow, a blend of Italian olive oil and marine salts infused with essential flower oils and refresh seaweed. All of this is massaged to create deep pore cleansing from head to toe.
Recreation
The resort features an array of activities on the grounds, the beach, in the surf and under the water. If lying on the beach taking in the sun is your idea of bliss, there's always plenty of that in Anguilla. But if you would like to be more active, we have a lot of things to keep you busy.
Tennis
Three Astro Turf all weather lighted tennis courts are available for use by our guests. Our resident professional is available six days a week for lessons.
Resort Pursuits
A large variety of lawn games blend into the grounds. Bocci, croquet and a children's play ground are available for use by our guests.
Watersports
The resort has a complete selection of water sports and professionals to assist in their use. The beach water sport area is the perfect place to start.

Santorini Santorini
Restaurant is the crown jewel of CuisinArt's culinary offerings. Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine. Music and dancing on Friday and Saturday evenings. As the resorts fine dining and gourmet restaurant, with an original French rotisserie, Santorini sets a new standard for epicurean kitchens. The kitchens are designed with glass walls to offer interested guests the opportunity to observe the chef and his team creating their specialties. Fresh produce selected daily from the hydroponic farm is used in the Mediterranean cuisine infused with the flamboyant flavors and spices of the Caribbean. A fine collection of wines carefully selected from around the world.
Mediterraneo
Cafe Mediterraneo, located poolside, is a short stroll from the beach. The Cafe is ideal place to enjoy a mid-day meal from a menu selection of grilled items, pizza, fresh homegrown salads, seafood, desserts, drinks and specialty coffees.
Hydroponic Cafe
The Hydroponic Cafe invites you to explore and sample the organic produce it grows. The Cafe offers lunch featuring fresh vegetable for salads, squeezed juices and chilled beverages. The Hydroponics Cafe offers lunch daily featuring personalized selections of the very freshest vegetables grown in the hydroponic farm for salads and other light-fare. The restaurant is only open when the hotel reaches 60% occupancy and is located at Santorini Terrace
