Description of La Samanna Resort:
The epitome of graceful Mediterranean architecture, La Samanna offers 81 air-conditioned guest rooms, suites and villas, each featuring an extraordinary ocean view. Accommodations include traditional guest rooms, one- and two-bedroom suites and three-bedroom villas, all complete with living rooms, dining areas and private terraces or patios that open onto the beach.
The interiors throughout the resort feature Caribbean wicker, bamboo and hardwood furniture, accented with light, translucent colors reminiscent of the Caribbean sky and sea.

The Restaurant
The Restaurant's opulent dining room offers dramatic, open-air dining with panoramic beach and ocean views that add to the enjoyment of the delicious meals, whether a heady dish of authentic osso bucco or a grilled ahi tuna with plant salad and Creole sandy ground sauce.
The Poolside Grill
The Poolside Grill, on the upper terrace overlooking the pool, serves light meals and beverages.

Executive Chef Erwan Louaisil
Growing up in the Brittany region of France, Chef Erwan Louaisil was first introduced to cooking by his Uncle Jacky, who was the chef at Canculais. This early introduction to the culinary world at the age of 14, would be the start of several years of learning from the masters at some of the most renowned restaurants in Europe and North America.
