Description of Alfamagia:
Surrounded by the typical countryside of the Maremma area in southern Tuscany in the province of Grosseto that extends over to the Tyrennian coast, Alfamagia can be found at the base of one of the many valleys rich with cultivated fields. The countryside is sublime and the position is more than comfortable for those who love the sea, yet not excluding the night breeze and the peacefulness of a house in the country.
Approximately half an hour away by car you can reach the famous beaches of Argentario as well as the famous Capalbio, where, on the coast there are sandy beaches equipped with umbrellas and sun-loungers, as well as a variety of seaside restaurants. Renovated internally on the ruins of an old farmhouse, Alfamagia is a 340 msq house furnished to live all year round.
The house is easily accessible from a rarely used white road, on which one side is the owners land. All the windows have panoramic views and on the ground floor the French windows of the large living area face onto one side of the pool which is furnished with garden settees and a table for eating under the stars.
