Description of Mangorosa :
Just completely refurbished in September 2003 and loaded with lots of electronics, this secluded cliffside villa enjoys quiet privacy in its own dramatic setting on a bluff just 70 feet above spectacular Caret Bay on St. Thomas's unspoiled north shore. Mangorosa is totally private, fully air-conditioned, built on two levels, and cheerfully furnished in vibrant fabrics and artwork. The main level's Great Room is handsomely outfitted in island mahogany, bamboo and wicker, and shares space with the kitchen and dining areas, and laundry and powder rooms. On one side of the Great Room is one air-conditioned king master suite; on the other side, through glass sliding doors, is the outdoor dining gazebo with gas grill, wraparound sun deck and a completely private pool, all looking down on the waves breaking on the rocky coastline below. The upper level features a second air-conditioned king master suite and two more air-conditioned bedrooms which share a bath, all fully screened and with draperies for sleeping later in the mornings - you're on vacation! In its own separate free-standing building, Mangorosa is highly recommended for its very private locale right over the water, sparkling sea views, and for its lovely sunrise ocean vistas punctuated by green islands and blue skies...perfection!

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 20 - January 9; December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
