A recent multi-million dollar refurbishment has given the privately owned Spice Island Beach Resort a total face-lift. Its magnificent location at the best end of Grand Anse Bay is now perfectly complemented by hacienda-style public areas, terracotta-tiled courtyards and the resort's beautiful tropical gardens.
This quintessential Caribbean paradise is run by the owners and a friendly team of smiling staff to whom no request is too much trouble. To make the most of its incomparable setting the sixty-six suites are scattered along the gleaming sands of the beach for lovers of expansive sea views or throughout the well-established gardens for those who prefer flower filled vistas.
Colourfully furnished in traditional Caribbean style, the air-conditioned accommodation ranges from Whirlpool Garden and Beach Suites to the enormous Royal Private Pool Suites. All have double whirlpool baths whilst the four Royal Suites include a pretty walled garden in which to dine in privacy under the stars and revel in the hugeness of the tropical night. With the added indulgence of seriously large plunge pools, a sauna for two and a small fitness area, whether to play on the incomparable beach or stay in the sanctuary of home becomes a hard choice for those lucky enough to stay in one of these fabulous suites.
Spice-scented breezes cool the beachfront restaurants of Oliver's, a mecca of fine dining, and the more casual Sea and Surf. With fantastic views over what is frequently described as one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, dinner becomes a magical experience. restaurant that offers the finest Creole and International
cuisine. The restaurant is also host to two weekly buffets

THE SEA & SURF LOUNGE, is in a very casual setting where
guests can dine for lunch and choose from the wide range
of drinks and cocktails until 10 PM daily.
