Description of Sun Valley Ranch / Creekside:
This stylish, custom-built, single-level home in Lane Ranch was completed in 1994. Set up to accommodate the owner's grown-up extended family, the sleeping arrangements are ample for 13 people, with a bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. Arranged as it is, all on one level, and designed by one of Sun Valley's best architects, most of the rooms have a nice outdoor view. The furnishings, made especially for this home, are mostly of log. In typical mountain-lodge style, the common areas are all open to each other, and the home has a very warm, congenial feel.
Location:
Situated in the middle of the valley and the middle of the Lane Ranch subdivision, the setting is in sun virtually all day. Lane Ranch is a traffic-restricted community, and this home is about three-fourths of a mile from the River Run ski lifts and Ketchum. It is about three or four blocks to the Ketchum KART bus stop where you can pick up a bus to the lifts. Distance to central Ketchum is about a mile. The bike path goes by the entrance to Lane Ranch, about four blocks away, and that is approximately where the clubhouse, with hottub and summer swimming pool, are located.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King, Full bath ensuite
- The bed in the master is a log king. It is a very large room with an extensive bath suite.
Bedroom 2: Queen, Full bath ensuite
- This bedroom suite is across the hall from the master.
Bedroom 3: Queen + bunks + trundle, Full bath ensuite
- A corner room at the end of the hall.
Bedroom 4: Two twins + bunks, Full bath ensuite
- This is next to bedroom #3 at the end of the hall, on the opposite corner of the home.
Kitchen:
The open kitchen is equipped to handle extended families with ease. It has a bar interface to the dining area. There is a microwave, a dishwasher, and an automatic icemaker
Dining Room:
The handmade log dining table will seat 10 easily. There is additional space for diners at the game table and there is also space at the breakfast table.
Living Room:
The great room is a high-ceiling room which encompasses a nice seating area around the river rock fireplace as well as a game table, and the dining area. There is a river rock gas-igniting wood fireplace and a TV with VCR.
Bonus Room:
To accommodate groups with adults and children, one of the bedrooms is set up with a second TV and VCR for the children.
Other Notes:
Double garage, game table in the great room, extra TV viewing in bedroom #3 or #4. The hottub is at the clubhouse, three to four blocks away. In summer there is a beautiful outdoor pool and two tennis courts.

Housekeeping Services
For Condominiums, townhomes and homes, stays of less than seven nights do not receive a mid-stay cleaning. For stays of seven to fourteen nights, one mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of fifteen to twenty-one nights, two mid-stay cleans are included. Additional towel trade outs are offered free of charge with 24 hours notice. Extra housekeeping can be arranged at $30 per hour.
