Description of The Beauty !!:
A professional gas grill and a dining table for alfresco meals are set poolside under the shaded verandah. All three queen bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each has its own ensuite bath and cable TV; the master suite and the second bedroom suite are situated at opposite ends of the villa for personal privacy. The third air-conditioned bedroom suite is on the lower level for maximum privacy, and features its own convenient kitchen and garden patio. All three suites face sublime sea views. This Villas experienced cook and housekeeper is a wonderful chef; she will prepare three mouthwatering meals a day for you. Her talented services are included in Caribella's rental rates. Beautifully furnished and upholstered, and featuring a custom gourmet kitchen and original paintings, you'll find this villa very deluxe. Your privacy and every comfort are assured at Caribella...its quiet, serene setting will relax and soothe you while you're being pampered and looked after. Complimentary welcome basket with breakfast items, and a complimentary welcome dinner with wine are also provided for your first evening at Caribella. Rental Notes:
A RENTAL CAR IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL (On arrival, you're required to pay $15 U.S. per day for full insurance coverage for your vehicle).
DENISE IS YOUR COOK *PREPARATION OF 3 MEALS PER DAY IS INCLUDED IN CARIBELLA'S RENTAL RATES ABOVE, MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS, AND UNTIL 1 p.m. on SATURDAYS. (You buy the groceries and Denise will prepare your food). By advance arrangement, Denise is also available for babysitting at $5 U.S. per hour, and can stay late or on weekends at a $7 U.S. per hour additional charge. Denise is generally at Caribella from 8 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, and until 1 p.m. on Saturdays. When you arrive and have settled in, Denise will gladly go grocery shopping with you and assist you with planning the meals during your stay.

The weekly and nightly Caribbean villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for U.S. Virgin Islands villas including St. Thomas villas, St. John villas and St. Croix villas; 7% for British Virgin Islands villas including Anegada villas, Little Thatch Island villas, Tortola villas and Virgin Gorda villas, and 8% for Grenada villas).
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the Caribbean villa and island
