Description of Grenada Villa~Calivigny Gardens, St. David's,:
The House sits amidst flowering flamboyant trees on a luxuriant hillside, commanding unforgettable vistas over three picturesque Caribbean bays. This luxurious three-bedroom villa offers a spacious living and dining area furnished in classic Caribbean style. Glass patio doors open from the living area onto the sunny deck and large pool set with an umbrella and six chaise lounges; a shaded verandah borders one side of the deck. A professional gas grill and a dining table for alfresco meals are set poolside under the shaded verandah. All three queen bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each has its own ensuite bath and cable TV; the master suite and the second bedroom suite are situated at opposite ends of the villa for personal privacy. The third air-conditioned bedroom suite is on the lower level for maximum privacy, and features its own convenient kitchen and garden patio. All three suites face sublime sea views. There is an experianced housekeeper and a wonderful chef; she will prepare three mouthwatering meals a day for you. Her talented services are included in rental rates. Beautifully furnished and upholstered, and featuring a custom gourmet kitchen and original paintings, you'll find this villa very deluxe. Your privacy and every comfort are assured .its quiet, serene setting will relax and soothe you while you're being pampered and looked after. Home theatre in living room (DVD player + VCR) + cable TV in all bedrooms, CD player/radio, movie + music collections, books, games, A/C in all BRs, computer with DSL line, Wi-Fi for your laptop, fax machine, espresso machine, wine cooler, professional stainless steel rotisserie gas grill, hair dryers, bidet in master bath, baby crib + highchair, assorted snorkel gear, dishwasher, laundry. Complimentary welcome basket with breakfast items, and a complimentary welcome dinner with wine are also provided for your first evening at the Villa .. Use of a cell phone is also available; you pay the charges. A RENTAL CAR IS ALSO INCLUDED in yourrental... see Rental Notes, below.
Rental Notes:
A RENTAL CAR IS INCLUDED ! (On arrival, you are required to pay $15 U.S. per day for full insurance coverage for your vehicle).
DENISE IS YOUR COOK *PREPARATION OF 3 MEALS PER DAY IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL RATES ABOVE, MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS, AND UNTIL noon on SATURDAYS. (You buy the groceries and Denise will prepare your food). By advance arrangement, Denise is also available for babysitting at $5 U.S. per hour, and can stay late or on weekends at a $7 U.S. per hour additional charge. Denise is generally at the villa from 8 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, and until noon on Saturdays. When you arrive and have settled in, Denise will gladly go grocery shopping with you and assist you with planning the meals during your stay.
A 10-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED FOR CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S PERIOD.
BEACH:Boley Beach, The Spit + Ft. Jeudy Beach, each a 5-minute drive away. Also La Sagesse (10 minutes) + Grand Anse Beach (15 minutes' drive).
Children:Yes - with notarized liability waiver required for all children under 5 years
MAID SERVICE:Maid + laundry service provided Monday-Friday + Saturday mornings. *Cooking 3 meals daily Monday - Friday + Saturday breakfast, is also included in rental rates
